Terms & Conditions NTC11 – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing or using the NTC11 in any manner – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming a promotion – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the NTC11 platform. Continued use of the platform following notice of any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply alongside other NTC11 documents, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and rules specific to each game type or promotion. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms and Conditions shall prevail over other documents unless specifically stated otherwise.

To register and use the platform NTC11, you must fulfil all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• You are not on any list of individuals excluded from gambling in Malaysia by any relevant authority.
• You are not affiliated with or employed by any competitor or other gambling platform in a professional capacity.
• You do not use any automated software, bots, or other technical tools to access or use the NTC11 platform.

NTC11 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request valid proof of identity, including MyKad, passport, or other officially recognised documents in Malaysia. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately pending the outcome of an investigation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one NTC11 account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.

• Your full name must match the name on your official Malaysian identification document.
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile number is required.
• A valid and active email address is required for all account communications.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. NTC11 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any suspicious activity should be reported to customer support NTC11 immediately.

NTC11 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through a secure system with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Methods Accepted by NTC11:

The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered under the same name as your NTC11 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the deposit being returned or the account being suspended.

Account withdrawals NTC11 may be made at any time subject to the following conditions, which must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:

• Completed and approved identity verification (KYC).
• All wagering requirements associated with active bonuses have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

NTC11 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large or unusual withdrawals. This forms part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

All bonuses and promotions offered by NTC11 – including welcome bonuses, daily reloads, VIP cashback, referral bonuses, lucky draws, and any other special offers – are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, phone number, email address, or payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• The stated wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• NTC11 reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon reaching their validity period, without prior notice.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to another member or converted directly to cash.

Platform NTC11 offers a wide variety of games including slots, live casino, poker, baccarat, roulette, fish shooting, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), and more. Each game category has specific rules that all members must follow.

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure complete fairness.
• The outcome of all games is final once a round or session has been fully completed.
• If a technical disruption during gameplay prevents the outcome from being determined, NTC11 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet to the member.
• The use of software, strategies, or systems designed to cheat or exploit bugs in any game is strictly prohibited.
• For Sports Betting, all confirmed bets are final. Bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started, except in the event of an official match cancellation.

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and VIP membership tier. Please refer to the relevant game page for detailed limit information. VIP Diamond Elite members enjoy higher betting limits compared to standard members.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members NTC11, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating more than one NTC11 account (duplicate accounts).
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration or verification.
• Collusion between players in poker or live table games.
• The use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play any game.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or inconsistencies in any game or payment system.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassment, abuse, or mistreatment of NTC11 customer support staff.
• Filing unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims with payment providers.

NTC11 reserves the right to close or suspend any member account at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from Malaysian authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting NTC11 customer support. For members who need a temporary break, the Self-Exclusion option is available through the account settings section or by contacting our team directly. All account closure and self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, NTC11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

NTC11's maximum liability to any member in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

NTC11 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

NTC11 is fully committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in line with NTC11's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The information you provide to NTC11 is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Account communications, promotions, and service updates.
• NTC11 platform improvements and user experience enhancements.
